🌟 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Seattle, WA 🌟 🔹 Job Type: Contract-to-Hire 🔹 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🔹 Pay Range: $30.00 – $38.00/hour (Based on education, experience, and credentials) 🏥 Responsibilities: ✅ Patient Care: Conduct interviews to gather medical history, symptoms, and reason for visit, ensuring accurate EHR documentation. ✅ Vital Signs: Measure and record blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation, reporting abnormalities to the provider. ✅ Administering Injections: Provide immunizations and other injections per provider orders while ensuring patient safety and comfort. ✅ Communication: Manage phone calls, address patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay provider instructions. ✅ Supply Management: Monitor and maintain medical supply inventory to ensure seamless clinical operations. 🎓 Required Qualifications: 📌 Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. 📌 License: Active LPN license via Washington State Department of Health. 📌 Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. 🚀 Apply today and take the next step in your healthcare career!
