Job Title: Pediatric Clinic Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Day Shift
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our client's team in a pediatric clinic setting. This is a 13•week contract position with a day shift schedule, working 5 days a week for 8 hours each day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high•quality patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN nursing practice.
• Float within the assigned facility and between facilities as needed.
• Comply with all state guidelines regarding patient ratios.
Requirements:
• Active California LVN License. If expired, it will need to be renewed.
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric ambulatory care experience.
• Acute care experience.
• BLS, MAB, and Fire Card certifications.
• Spanish•speaking skills are preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of LVN experience.
• Travel experience is preferred but not required.
• COVID•19 vaccination and booster (if eligible) are required.
Our client's location is in Los Angeles, CA. The facility uses the Cerner EMR system and provides all necessary PPE. Parking is available on•site. The preferred scrub color is navy blue or black.
The LVN will work in a specialty clinic, providing acute care in a pediatric clinic setting.
