The LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician. They will work in collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver quality care to our senior patients in the Houston and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with assessments and examinations
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Provide patient education and support
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Valid LVN license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of geriatric nursing care
- Competitive salary range of $24 - $35 per hour
