_Duties:_

As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift and support them with the following:

+ Adhere to the outlined care plan

+ Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes

+ Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures

+ Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN

+ Assist with other duties as needed

_Minimum Qualifications:_

+ Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license

+ One (1) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry

+ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
