Full-time LPN position in private duty home health in Nashville, TN, working 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on a 3/12 or 4/12 schedule with alternating weekends.
Competitive pay ($27.00-$32.00/hr), comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more, with benefits eligibility starting at hire.
Responsibilities include providing one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting.
Requirements: accredited LPN program graduate, current LPN license in Tennessee, at least 1 year of relevant experience, current CPR, reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance.
