**How you'll make an impact in this role**
+ Delivers hands-on nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and routine assessments
+ Supports RNs by monitoring resident conditions and promptly reporting changes
+ Builds consistent, trusting relationships with residents and families in a long-term care setting
+ Detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to resident safety and comfort.
**What minimum requirements you'll need**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
+ Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
**What additional preferences we're seeking**
+ At least 2 years of Licensed Vocational Nurse experience.
