LVN Homecare Fresno NOCs
Schedule: NOC's Monday - Friday 10pm - 6am
Pay: $28/Hr
Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply
Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an adult patient. Patient is dependent on G-Tube, Trach, and Ventilator.
Responsibilities:
+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
+ On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
$500 bonus is offered after 30 billable work shifts and must work a minimum of 3 days a week. A $250 is also offered for any referrals.

Qualifications:
