**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate a variety of CNC machines, including lathe, mill, and manual machines. The role involves assisting in the setup of CNC mills and lathes, working with blueprints and engineering instructions, and completing in-process inspection reports to ensure product conformity.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a variety of CNC machines, including lathe, mill, and manual machines to produce products.
+ Assist in the setup of CNC mills and lathes.
+ Work with blueprints and engineering instructions.
+ Complete in-process inspection reports to assure product conformity.
+ Operate general shop machinery.
+ Complete scheduled machine maintenance as necessary.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Perform other duties as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-5 years of experience operating CNC machines (lathe, mill, manual).
+ Experience with blueprints and engineering instructions.
+ Understanding of GD&T.
+ Ability to read and speak English.
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Manual machine experience preferred.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Available Monday to Friday, with overtime as necessary on weekends.

**Work Environment**
The position requires the ability to stand for long periods. You must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required and have corrected vision to 20/20. Regular lifting of 50 lbs. is necessary.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
