Job Title: MachinistJob Description

NOW HIRING - CNC Machinists. We specialize in milling, turning, grinding, and more, working with materials such as Aluminum, Titanium, and Inconel. Our facility features over 100 CNC machines, including Okuma, DMG, OKK, and Toshiba.

Responsibilities

• Perform part setup, run cycles, and inspect parts
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements (GD&T)
• Analyze numerical control programs and perform minimal changes
• Select proper work holdings and tooling based on documents
• Perform routine inspection on in-process parts using inspection equipment
• Use calipers, dial bore gages, indicators, micrometers, height and radius gages, go/no-go gages, refractometer, and comparator as required
• Run multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously
• Meet production and quality standards with zero tolerance for scrap and rework
• Troubleshoot machine problems during processes
• Understand machining speeds and feeds
• Work with lathes, mills, and grinders
• Work under minimal supervision

Essential Skills

• CNC mill/lathe experience (3+ years ideally)
• Blueprint reading
• Basic inspection experience
• Shop math skills

Shift

• 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)
• 2nd Shift (3:30pm-12am with flexible hours)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
