Job Description
This role focuses on setting up and operating multiple CNC mills and lathes in a precision manufacturing environment. You will work with advanced CNC equipment, perform your own setups, offsets, and tool changes, and ensure all parts meet tight tolerance and quality requirements through accurate measurement and inspection.

Work Environment
You will work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-lit, and organized manufacturing facility designed for precision machining. The environment supports collaboration, as you will be paired with a lower-level machine operator and have the opportunity to mentor and share your expertise. Modern CNC equipment, including machines with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls, is standard, and computer systems are used for production data entry and tracking.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springboro, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
