Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technician where your main responsibilities will include kitting and packaging operations. You will kit manufactured cartridges and prepare them for shipment, ensuring precision in a temperature-controlled environment for national and international clients. This role involves filling operations and machine operation, requiring attention to detail and adherence to provided work instructions housed in a cloud-based application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kitting and assembly operations for manufactured cartridges.
• Prepare cartridges for shipment in a temperature-controlled setting.
• Perform filling operations ensuring accurate placement within the flow cell.
• Operate process equipment such as balances, pneumatic presses, pumps, and heat sealers.
• Follow work instructions for heat sealing and labeling operations.
• Align flow cells correctly to ensure accurate reading by sequencers.
• Manage bulk formulations and ensure product quality.
• Cut off excess foil using specialized machinery.

Essential Skills

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Team player mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with assembly, production, and cleanroom operations.
• Ability to manage batch records and labeling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable leading a fill and pack line.
• Basic buffer formulation skills.
• Willingness to learn or experience with small volume aliquoting.
• Manufacturing (MFG) experience preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
