As a Medical Assistant at Mindify, you are the heartbeat of our clinic. You will be the first point of clinical contact for our patients, ensuring their journey from the waiting room to the exam room is seamless, supportive, and professional. You’ll bridge the gap between our providers and our patients, handling everything from clinical vitals to digital record management.

• Patient Engagement: Greet patients, prepare them for examinations, and assist providers with procedures.

• Clinical Duties: Perform vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and [insert specific tasks like "immunizations" or "swabs"].

• Digital Coordination: Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) with precision and maintain our digital patient communication channels.

• Administrative Support: Coordinate referrals, manage prescriptions refills, and ensure exam rooms are stocked and sterilized.

• Advocacy: Act as a primary point of contact for patient questions, providing clear instructions and empathetic follow-up.

• Certification: High school diploma/GED and a CMA or RMA certification (preferred).

• Tech-Savvy: Comfort with modern EHR systems and a "digital-first" mindset.

• Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that others might miss, from a typo in a chart to a patient who looks a little extra anxious.
