We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under direction of physician
- Work-up patients for medical appointments ( vitals, verifying medications, etc.)
- Give injections (therapeutic and vaccines)
- Communicate lab and test results to patients clearly and timely
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records
- Ability to work well with others
