**How you'll make an impact in this role**
+ **Operational Leadership:** Coordinate daily shift activities and workflow for physician practice operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to policy.
+ **Team Development:** Oversee the orientation and training of new associates while providing performance feedback and technical guidance to the team.
+ **Resource Management:** Manage clinical inventory by monitoring supply levels, placing orders, and organizing medication samples.
+ **Quality Oversight:** Assign and review staff work to ensure compliance with clinical procedures and operational standards.
**What minimum requirements you'll need**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
+ Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
