Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team. This position involves performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support the smooth operation of a medical office.
Responsibilities
+ Clean and prepare exam rooms
+ Assist with patient charting
+ Schedule appointments using Epic
+ Support medical staff with various tasks
+ Perform general office duties as needed
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Essential Skills
+ Experience working in a medical office
+ Proficiency with Epic or similar appointment scheduling software
+ Strong multi-tasking abilities
+ Excellent teamwork skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Detail-oriented
+ Effective communication skills
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Work Environment
This role is based in a medical office environment. The position involves interacting with patients and medical staff, and requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The typical work hours are during the day, and the dress code is professional attire appropriate for a medical setting.
Pay and Benefits
