We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Escort patients to exam rooms, keep exam rooms stocked and tidy
• Utilize office EMR system to organize patient’s schedules, information, and tasks
• Keep track of supply inventory

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical assistant and in healthcare administration REQUIRED
• Previous experience working in foot and ankle clinic a PLUS
• Previous experience taking X-rays a PLUS
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures and medical terminology
• Strong organizational skills, timely, professional, clean presentation, self motivated and resourceful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a composed, positive and professional demeanor

*NOTE: Pay is based on experience and performance. All new hires will first work a 3 month trial period. A raise could be discussed upon successful completion of first 3 months.
