URGENT CARE NURSE PRACTITIONER & PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose and treat all common urgent care cases for patients of all ages.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per approved standards.
• Educate patients and families on follow-up care.
• Treat patients and their families with utmost respect, safety, and dignity.

COMPENSATION, SCHEDULING, AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR URGENT CARE FNPs & PAs:

• Hourly base + daily patient volume incentive opportunities (can add several hundred dollars per day!) + 2 hours of added pay for solo shifts + daily 2X OT policy + much more!
• Work fulltime only three days per week.
• Opportunities for added shifts/overtime for incredible added earnings, if desired.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED OF FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONERS (FNP) AND PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS (PA):

• Minimum of 1-year of NP/PA clinical practice experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting. (Sorry, we are unable to consider candidates who do not meet this minimum.)
• NPs: MSN-FNP Degree + AANP or ANCC Board Certification
• PAs: Physician Assistant Studies Degree + NCCPA Board Certification
• California NP or PA Licensure
• California Furnishing License (NPs only)
• DEA Certificate with California address.
• Proficient at IV access for blood draw and administering drugs.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire
