Medical Laboratory Technician (Hematology Department)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our hematology department for the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in performing laboratory tests and ensuring accurate and timely diagnostic results.
Requirements: Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Science and 1+ years of experience as a medical laboratory technician
+ Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science
+ Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
+ Active MLT/CLS/MT/MLS certification
Responsibilities:
+ Perform hematological tests and analyses with precision.
+ Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of specimens.
+ Maintain lab equipment and follow quality control procedures.
+ Document and report test results accurately.
Additional Qualifications:
+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
+ Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and standards.
Shift Details: This is a full-time overnight position
Schedule:12:00am - 8:00am, Tuesday - Saturday (ex. 12:00am Tuesday - 8:00am Tuesday)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.68 - $36.58/hr.
