Medical Laboratory Technician - MLT OR Medical Technologists - MT At Jeffers, Mann and Artman Pediatric (JMA) our mission is to provide excellent medical care in a caring, family-centered environment and assist families in building happy, healthy children. JMA is looking for a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologists (MT) for our Clayton Location. Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologists (MT) must have: * Experience with direct patient contact and great sample collection technique * Able to perform all laboratory testing according to practice and CLIA guidelines in a moderate complexity lab setting (i.e. kit testing, capillary & heel sticks, venipunctures) * Ability to operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment * Ensure quality control and accurate reporting of results * Excellent customer service skills * Detail oriented * Great time management * Collaborate with other lab techs and healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment. * Ability to train other members of the healthcare team on sample collection and operation of laboratory equipment.

Compensation details: 21 Hourly Wage
