Title: Medical Records Call Center Rep
Pay Rate: $16 an hour
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (assigned 30 minute lunch)
Equipment: Company provides.
Brief List of Job Duties:
- Place outbound calls to partnering medical facilities for the purpose of obtaining patient records.
- Adhere to HIPAA and company guidelines.
- Use call center software to complete account research and update notes.
Requirements:
- Live within 30 miles of Houston, TX.
- Currently have high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
- Able to type 20 WPM.
- Previous customer service and call center experience.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
- High School Diploma or GED.
