+ Required Certifications: DEA, BLS

+ State Licensure: NV (We welcome candidates willing to apply for NV licensure)

+ Previous Experience: Minimum 1 year

Job Specifications:

+ Start Date: ASAP

+ Schedule & Weekly Hours: 3 days a WEEK

+ Tuesday/Friday: 8am-5pm

+ Wednesday: 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

+ Types of Cases/Procedures: Primary Care, Advanced/Geriatric

+ Patient Volume: 7-10 patients daily

+ EMR System: Epic

+ Support Team: Physician, nursing, and administrative support
