We are currently seeking a **full-time Occupational Therapist** who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in patient care and has experience with rehab of the upper extremity, including custom splint fabrication and wound care. Join our team as an **Occupational Therapist** at our downtown Orlando location and experience a supportive, engaging, and rewarding work environment
**Qualifications**
+ Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapist program
+ Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
+ CPR certification
+ Outpatient orthopedic hand therapy experience, including custom splint fabrication, wound care, exercise, manual-based skills is required
+ Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
+ Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
+ Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
+ Passion about delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
