The Occupational Therapy Assistant plays a vital role in supporting occupational therapists by providing hands-on patient care and assisting with therapy plans. Working primarily in nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, this position involves managing a typical caseload of 5-10 patients and collaborating closely with therapists and department heads. The role requires travel between multiple facilities and offers opportunities for ongoing professional development. We are looking for 2 very active Skilled Nursing Facilities (Staten Island & Brooklyn).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to support occupational therapy interventions
• Assist with therapy treatment planning and implementation
• Monitor patient progress and report outcomes
