Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and manage receptionist duties with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle incoming phone calls, redirecting them as necessary and providing accurate information.
• Scan, organize, and maintain digital copies of documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative projects and assignments.
• Collaborate with team members to support office operations and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a productive environment.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and correspondence.
• Follow office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed.• Proven experience in receptionist or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in scanning, organizing, and maintaining documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle inbound calls in a detail-oriented and courteous manner.
• Familiarity with basic clerical duties such as filing and data entry.
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus.
