Job Description - General
AP - Generate PO’s, Collating Vendor Bills, Cross Check Vendor Statements, Enter and Code CC Receipts, Update Vendor info.
AR - Invoicing, Bank Deposits, Set up / Update Client Compliance Portals, Update Client Info.
HR - Employee Onboarding / Off Boarding
Insurance - Issue COI’s for Clients, Update Client Compliance Portals, File Workman's Comp. Claims - As needed , Notify Agent to Add / Remove Employees, Add / Remove Assets, General Policy Updates, Complete Audits - Annually
General Admin - Applications and renewals for Business Licenses and Certifications, Answer phones - Forward Leads to Estimating / Enter Lead into CRM, General Filing, Order Office Supplies, Re-stock / tidy Kitchen and Bathrooms, Ordering and distributing Apparel, Event Planning, Assist other Departments as needed.
Knowledge of the following - Quickbooks, Gusto, Monday.com,
Additional skills - Notary, Bi-lingual - English / Spanish ( preferred but not required )
