The company recently started their US operations and requires a person who is willing to wear several hats. This part‑time role offers a variety of tasks and the opportunity to expand as the business grows.
What You’ll Do
- Manage email inboxes, calendars, and general office communication
- Maintain digital and physical records
- Support invoicing and light bookkeeping (training provided)
- Prepare and track shipments; coordinate with vendors and carriers
- Assist with office supplies, vendors, and general administrative tasks
What You Bring
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with basic computer tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- (Nice to have) Experience with invoicing, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, logistics, or German language
