We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Running daily operation in the office – answering phones, scheduling appointments
• Certified payroll experience and entry into Elations, LC Tracker etc….
• Employee On-boarding, Union experience a plus
• Weekly payroll and timecards
• Workers Comp reporting: semi-annual, OSHA annual reporting
• Document management
• Insurance request COI’s, updating information
• Pre-Lien experience a plus
• Ordering and tracking materials, documents
• Customer / Client service
• Detailed oriented
• Oral and written communication skills required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years Previous experience in office administration
• Previous construction experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills – mandatory
• Microsoft 365 package

• Dispatching employees or assignments

• Education: Associates - Minimum; Bachelors - Preferred
