Description
Our client, a distinguished historical location, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant on a contract basis in Oakland, California. This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of donor databases and support administrative operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with donor management systems and a passion for maintaining organization and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update donor information using DonorPerfect and Raiser's Edge systems.
- Perform accurate data entry to ensure the integrity of records and donor details.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Assist in implementing new technology solutions to enhance administrative workflows.
- Respond to inquiries and maintain attentive and precise communication with donors and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain office files, both digitally and physically, for easy access.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate detailed reports and analytics related to donor contributions and trends.
- Support event planning and coordination efforts as needed.
Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with donor management systems.
- Proficiency in DonorPerfect and Raiser's Edge software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with donors and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software.
- Capability to adapt to new technology tools and systems.
