**Job Summary**
The Office Clerk is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks that support day-to-day operations at the department or location level. This role interacts with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient office functions.
$20.00/hr
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide administrative support to meet contractual and legal requirements
+ Maintain organized contract files and department records
+ Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence for managers
+ Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
+ Schedule meetings and appointments; prepare related materials and agendas
+ Send and receive faxes, emails, and mail as needed
+ Assist with payroll processing and maintaining personnel records
+ Enter and extract data from fleet or operations management systems
+ Support employee benefit coordination at the location level
+ Perform other general office duties as assigned

**Required Education**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Experience and Skills**
+ Up to 2 years of office, clerical, or administrative experience
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
+ Strong communication and organizational abilities
**Working Conditions & Physical Requirements**
+ Ability to move around the office and access files or equipment as needed
+ Regular use of computers, phones, and standard office tools
+ Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and by email
