Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Office Manager located in Franklin Square, NY. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the office functions efficiently and professionally to support the needs of the organization. Day-to-day administrative functions overseeing daily office processes such as :

• Assisting management
• Overseeing daily office operations
• Employee Scheduling, timesheets
• Payroll processing
• Maintain Client and Vendor relations
• Accounts payable and receivables
• Managing office supplies, deliveries, daily filing of all company paperwork
• Handling administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and providing support to the team and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
• Experience in administrative assistance and office administration for organizing and maintaining workflows
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Payroll processing
• Customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in standard office software and tools
• Previous experience in office management or a related field is a plus
