We’re hiring an Office Manager to join our growing team! If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and have a solid background in administration and accounting, this could be the perfect fit.

This role is at the heart of our office operations—answering calls, managing job intake, supporting accounting, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll thrive here if you love multitasking, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping things organized and efficient.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and route them to the right team member
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
• Enter new project details into our system quickly and accurately
• Keep client records, appointments, and inquiries organized
• Handle general admin tasks: filing, supply tracking, and data entry
• Help keep the front office neat and welcoming
• Assist the accounting team with tasks like invoicing and payment processing

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Accurate, fast data entry and high attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Prior experience in QuickBooks or accounting support is a plus
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable and punctual (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm)
