Laboratory Technician Are you detail-oriented with a passion for precision in scientific environments? As a Laboratory Technician, your expertise will ensure accuracy and reliability in laboratory procedures, helping our organization maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within a specialty area. Valid Phlebotomy Certification. Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping skills. Proficiency in laboratory techniques and safety protocols. Ability to follow established procedures and work independently. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) or electronic medical records. Familiarity with chemical handling and equipment maintenance. Additional certifications related to laboratory specialty areas. Prior experience working night shifts or flexible schedules. Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred. At least two years of relevant laboratory experience in a professional setting. Other Requirements: No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered. Availability to work 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM shifts, with schedule variations. Ability to commit to 13-week assignments. Must possess valid phlebotomy certification. Willingness to adhere to all safety and compliance standards. Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification reimbursements provided when applicable.
