QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team providing care to DOW employees and dependents located in Houston, TX and Lake Jackson, TX. Schedule: PRN/ As-Needed role
Job Requirements:
+ The successful candidate will have completed a Master's Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
+ At least three years primary care practice experience required
+ Experience with pediatric patients a plus
+ Phlebotomy experience, may be required at times
Position Highlights

+ Outpatient only with preventative medicine focus
+ Work-life balance/realistic patient panel size of up to 10 patients per day
+ Average 40 minute patient appointment times
+ EMR-Epic
