Urgent Hiring for a "Pharmacist" in North & South Dakota (2 positions)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee daily pharmacy
operations and ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations. This
assignment is intended to provide leadership and continuity. The PIC will serve as the
pharmacist responsible for the safe, accurate, and compliant dispensing of
medications, operational oversight, and leadership of pharmacy staff. Key
Responsibilities Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge, assuming full legal and
regulatory responsibility for pharmacy operations Ensure compliance with all
North & South Dakota Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and applicable federal and state
regulations Oversee daily workflow to ensure safe, accurate, and timely
dispensing of medications Supervise, train, and support pharmacy staff,
including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Maintain accurate records,
documentation, and required reporting
- Implement and enforce pharmacy
policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Address operational issues,
audits, and inspections as needed
- Collaborate with leadership and
interdisciplinary partners to support patient care and operational goals
-Ensure inventory control, medication storage, and controlled substance
management are compliant and up to date
-8am -5pm lunch 12:30-1:30pm M-F
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Requires:
Doctorate of Pharmacy Active unrestricted SD or ND Pharmacist License

Work Environment
This role will be working in a small clinical pharmacy. Hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Mon-Fri
+ w/ 12:30-1:30 pm lunch hour every day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $63.00 - $69.00/hr.
