Location: Montgomery, AL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23 – $27/hour
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Length: 1 Year with potential for extension

InSync Consulting Services is seeking a reliable and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team at a VA outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will be confident in their phlebotomy skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Assignment Details:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule – no weekends, nights, or holidays

• 1-year contract starting September 2026, with possibility of extension

• Outpatient clinic setting with consistent daily workflow

Pay & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and specimen collection with accuracy and care

• Properly label, document, and transport specimens per VA standards

• Ensure patient comfort and safety during all procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area

• Communicate effectively with both patients and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• Current Phlebotomy Certification (state or national)

• Minimum of 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Previous experience in a VA or government healthcare facility is a plus
