Labcorp is seeking a **Phlebotomist** to join our team in **Las Vegas, NV** at 3131 West Charleston Boulevard, Suite 110, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
**Work Schedule:** Saturday 5:45 am - 2:30 pm, Sunday 5:45 am - 1:45 pm and Monday - Wednesday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm; additional days/hours as needed
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
+ Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
+ Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
+ Process billing information and collect payments when required
+ Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
+ Maintain patient and specimen information logs
+ Provide superior customer service to all patients
+ Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
+ Travel to additional sites when needed
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Nevada state issued laboratory assistant license
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 3 or more months of experience as a phlebotomist
**Additional Job Standards:**
+ In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the NV Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement
+ Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
+ Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
+ Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
+ Ability to work independently or in a team environment
+ Comfortable working under minimal supervision
+ Flexibility to work overtime as needed

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in a **Patient Service Center.** In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
Pay Range: $17.75 - $27.69 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
**Benefits:** Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
