Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $2285.73 - $2504.58
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Bakersfield, California. This is a temporary direct hire position in an outpatient setting, lasting for 13 weeks. Bakersfield, located in the heart of California, is known for its vibrant arts and culture scene, including the famous Buck Owens' Crystal Palace, Murray Family Farms, and the Kern County Museum. The city hosts numerous festivals and events throughout the year, offering plenty of opportunities for entertainment and family fun.Our facility is recognized for its quality care, including prestigious awards and honors. We have state-of-the-art equipment and provide an excellent environment for both patients and staff. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a general outpatient orthopedic patient population, conducting 12-14 patient visits per day with a significant portion of Spanish-speaking patients. We offer translation services for non-Spanish-speaking clinicians.The position requires a 5-day, 8-hour shift schedule (5:8s D), totaling 40 hours per week. There are no on-call duties required. This role is an excellent opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team in a city with a wealth of activities and a welcoming community.
