**How you'll make an impact in this role**
+ Evaluates patient conditions through comprehensive initial and ongoing physical assessments.
+ Develops individualized plans of care by collaborating with patients and families to establish recovery goals.
+ Delivers skilled manual therapy and evidence-based interventions tailored to specific patient pathologies.
+ Directs the daily activities of physical therapist assistants, students, and support staff to ensure clinical safety and quality.
**What minimum requirements you'll need**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
+ Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Master's degree preferred.
