Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s functional status and therapy needs.
Submit documentation according to facility-specific requirements and regulatory standards.
Use secure telehealth platforms and EMR systems to conduct assessments and manage records.
Comply with HIPAA, state licensure rules, and telehealth best practices.
