Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the process during patient evaluation with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for patient visits.
• Take and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and other critical information with accuracy.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone.
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, answering phones, and managing patient records with attention to detail.
• Administer injections as directed by physicians, always prioritizing patient safety.
• Maintain an organized inventory of medical supplies, proactively ordering as needed.
• Engage with clients by explaining treatment plans and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, fostering a safe environment for all.
• Other Tasks as assigned by Clinic owner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant program preferred.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport with patients.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
