The Nurse Practitioner applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree
• You have at least 2 years of NP/PA experience
• You have experience working in a Primary Care Outpatient Clinic
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state
• You will consider patients and be part of the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program that Humana/Senior Bridge runs. If selected for this role, we will screen you for TB.
• You must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
• You must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone
• You will report to the Associate Medical Director
• You will work full-time in the clinic located at: 4050 Ryan Street, Lake Charles, LA 70605

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$115,200 - $158,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
