Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is looking for an outpatient vascular Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
+ Physician Assistant credentialed from the Tennessee Committee on Physicians Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
+ Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:
+ 1 year of experience preferred.
