Requirements Advanced Heart Failure Physician needed. Will be rounding on inpatient AHF service as well as ambulatory care of heart failure patients. 8-12 inpatient ; outpatient 2-4, 15 patients a day. Inpatient has intermittent inpatient APP, office has a customer service rep, MA, RN. No Call, must work onsite. Schedule is monday through Friday/ monthly:Ambulatory hours M-F 8a-5pm; Inpatient hours M-F 8a-5pmLooking for ASAP starts to help once a month/weekly.
