We are seeking a Physician's Assistant to join our team! You will provide healthcare services, under the supervision of a physician.
Responsibilities:
- Administer injections, immunizations and other medical procedures
- Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
- Work with Primary Care and Mental Health Programs to provide services to clients and patients.
- Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
- Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Licensed and active as a Physician's Assistant in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of one (1) year delivering primary care services, preferably in a community health setting
- CPR (BLS) (Provided at hire)
- De-escalation (NVCI Provided at hire)
