Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Optimize production schedules and reduce operating costs.
- Lead productivity improvement efforts.
- Oversee production operations
- Manage employee performance, career development, and resolve issues.
- Monitor inventory and forecast production.
- Regular attendance and professional interaction with clients and coworkers.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of plant management experience (preferably in plastic injection mold).
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills (e.g., 5 Whys, 8-D).
- Basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
