In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and drive successful project outcomes from initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of detailed project plans, including defining scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage all aspects of project documentation, including schedules, action items, issue logs, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, accountability, and on-time delivery of project goals.
- Monitor and control project progress, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks, or scope changes and implementing corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors, ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to financial goals.
- Lead risk management and quality control efforts to ensure projects meet both company and client standards.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the evolution and standardization of project management processes, tools, and best practices across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience managing projects from planning through delivery, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean), and documentation processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across teams and clients.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).
- Experience managing projects in construction, electrical, or industrial systems environments.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification (preferred but not required).
