Project Manager / Estimator - Bidding
Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare project estimates and identify projects to pursue.
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from bid process to finish.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with owners, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety standards.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
- Proven experience in project estimating and construction management.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, estimating, and bidding processes.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as HCSS or similar programs.
- Familiarity with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD, and other design software for reviewing schematics and plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
