Project Manager

Location: West Orange, NJ

Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 per year (competitive, based on experience) Full-Time | In-Person

Position Overview

The Office Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating construction projects from an administrative and operational standpoint. This position works closely with on-site project managers to ensure materials are ordered, timelines are met, and communication flows smoothly across all teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate and manage office-side project operations across multiple construction projects

● Schedule and communicate regularly with on-site project managers

● Ensure all project materials are ordered accurately and delivered on time

● Track project timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are met

● Lead and support on-site project managers to complete work efficiently and to specifications

● Oversee administrative project documentation and internal processes

● Identify opportunities to improve office procedures and day-to-day operations

Qualifications

● Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management and/or project management

● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently

● Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating teams or projects

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Proficiency with office software, including email platforms, spreadsheets, and databases

● Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

● Ability to manage many small details with accuracy and follow-through

● Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow with the company

Compensation & Schedule

● Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year (competitive, based on experience)
