Express Employment Professionals Downtown Baton Rouge is hiring for a Front Office Receptionist. We are seeking a Sales and Customer Service focused individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills. This new team member will be trained in all aspects of our organization starting with the Front Office, answering phones, greeting applicants in the lobby, and assisting the office in many administrative duties. In addition will assist with recruiting, where you will be reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews. You will also be making sales and quality control calls to companies to maintain and increase business. This is a highly demanding, but rewarding, and fast paced work environment and requires ability to maintain composure and professionalism at all times while analyzing and/or prioritizing multiple duties at once. Only applicants located in the Greater Baton Rouge area apply, this is an in office position, out of state and outside of the US applicants will not be considered. Must know the Baton Rouge area well.

Experience/Job Requirements:

-Will be responsible for meeting daily and weekly activity goals

-Strong phone presence and experience connecting with dozens of people per day

-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices a plus

-Desire for professional development and growth

-Strong relational skills with a focus on relationship building

-H.S. Diploma or GED required, some college a plus

-Typing and Computer proficiency required

-Min 1 years in a professional customer service or sales position required

-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to follow directions, multi-task, prioritize, attention to detail and manage time effectively

Starting pay is $16/hr and will be eligible for raises, commission and bonuses after training period. Corporate contests and incentives also available.

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 40hrs/week
