Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Receptionist to join our outpatient surgery center team in Columbus, Ohio. This full-time, early day-shift position plays a key role in welcoming patients and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously

• Verify and update patient information in the system

• Schedule and confirm appointments as needed

• Support clinical staff with administrative duties

• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk and waiting area

• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a medical/healthcare setting preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Proficient with computers and office software

• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
