We're Hiring! Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator

We’re a small, fast-paced audiology practice that’s passionate about providing top-notch care to our patients—and we’re looking for a Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator who shares that same energy and heart. This is a vital role at the front desk where no two days are the same, and your positive attitude will help set the tone for every patient’s experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming patients with a smile (in person and on the phone!)
• Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar like a pro
• Answering calls, checking voicemails, and responding to inquiries
• Keeping the office clean and tidy (yes, a little cleaning is part of the gig!)
• Handling paperwork, patient records, and insurance forms
• Supporting our providers with various office tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• A dependable, self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Someone who’s willing to jump in and help wherever and whenever needed
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (medical office experience is a big plus!)
• GED or higher, and reliable transportation is a must

Details:

• Hours: Between 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM (Monday – Friday)
• Background check and drug testing required
